1. Custom-Made Products
• Many of our products are custom-made based on the customer’s request. • Because these products are specially prepared, cancellations may not always be possible once production has started.
2. Cancellation Within 12 Hours
• Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.
• If the cancellation request is made within this time, no cancellation charges will be applied.
3. Cancellation After 12 Hours
• If the order is already prepared or ready for dispatch, cancellation fees may apply because the product has already been processed.
4. Cancellation After Dispatch
• If the order has already been shipped/ dispatched and the customer cancels it, the customer must bear both forward and return courier charges.
5. Refused Delivery
• If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, the parcel will be returned to us.
• In such cases, the courier charges for both delivery and return will be deducted from the refundable amount.
6. How to Request a Cancellation
