1. Return / Replacement Eligibility
Return or replacement requests are accepted only within 5 days of delivery and only in the following cases:
Wrong Product Received
- If the product delivered is different from what you ordered.
Manufacturing Defect
- If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
Report Within 48 Hours
- The issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Unboxing Video Required
- A clear parcel unboxing video is mandatory to verify any damage, missing item, or incorrect product. Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Return or Replacement
If your order meets the eligibility criteria, you must contact our support team within 5 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Reason for return/replacement
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
After reviewing your request, our team will guide you with the next steps.
3. Important Customer Responsibility
Customers must follow these instructions for return approval:
- Stop using the product immediately after noticing the issue.
- Keep the product in original packaging.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
- All accessories, tags, packaging materials, and invoice must be included.
Failure to follow these conditions may result in rejection of the return request.
4. Product Verification Process
All return requests go through a two-step verification process:
Digital Verification
Our team will first review the images and videos shared by the customer.
Physical Inspection
Once the product is returned to our warehouse, our quality team will inspect it physically.
Important:
Digital verification does not guarantee approval. The final decision will be made after the physical inspection of the product.
5. Return Method
Depending on the situation, the return may happen in one of the following ways:
Assisted Return
If eligible, our team may arrange a pickup from your address.
Self Return
In some cases, customers may be required to send the product back to the address provided by our support team.
6. Processing Time
- The complete return or replacement process may take up to 15 working days.
- A replacement product will only be shipped after the returned item is received and approved by our quality team.
7. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Request made after 48 hours of delivery
- No unboxing video provided
- Product is used, damaged, or modified by the customer
- Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Returns based on personal preference such as color, design, size expectations, or quality expectations
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
8. Paid Replacement
If the wrong product was ordered by the customer, a paid replacement option may be provided. This may include handling charges, courier charges, and replacement charges.
9. Final Decision
All return and replacement requests are subject to final approval by our quality inspection team. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any return request based on product condition and policy compliance.
