We try to make delivery simple and transparent for all customers. Please read the points below carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Coverage
• We ship orders across India using trusted courier partners.

• Delivery availability depends on the courier service in your area.


2. Shipping Charges
• Customers are required to pay the forward shipping charges while placing the order on our website.

• Shipping charges may vary depending on the product, location, and courier service.


3. Order Processing Time
• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.

• Custom-made products may take additional preparation time.


4. Delivery Time
• Normal delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on the delivery location.

• Delivery time may be longer for remote or non-serviceable areas.


5. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details so you can track your shipment.

• Tracking updates are provided by the courier company.


6. Correct Delivery Details
• Customers must provide the correct name, address, PIN code, and mobile number while placing the order.

• If incorrect or incomplete delivery details are provided, the delivery may fail.

• In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional courier charges.


7. If the Order Shows Delivered but You Did Not Receive It
• Sometimes courier systems may show “Delivered” even if the parcel was not received by the customer.

• In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update. • We will raise a complaint with the courier company and help resolve the issue.


8. Order Cancellation During Transit
• If the customer cancels the order after it has been shipped and is in transit, the customer will have to pay both forward and return courier charges.

9. Refused Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)
• If the customer refuses to accept the order at delivery or is unavailable, the shipment may be returned to us (RTO).

• In such cases, the return courier charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.


10. Courier Delays
• Sometimes deliveries may be delayed due to courier operational issues, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen reasons.

• In such situations, we request customers to wait an additional 7 days after the expected delivery date.


11. If Delivery Still Does Not Happen
• If the order is still not delivered after the additional waiting period, we will provide the following options:
 Full Refund: We will refund the full amount you paid.
 Reshipment: We can send the order again if you request a reshipment.


12. Address Change After Shipping
• Once the order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
